Manager of Digital Marketing

Purpose:

The Manager of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales in the digital (web) sector. This role will ensure that brand marketing and websites drive traffic and increasingly create additional brand awareness, education, and leads.

Role Accountabilities:

• Effectively utilizes Asana to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and collaboration with team members
• Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
• Conduct keyword research to guide brand content development
• Review technical SEO issues and oversee fixes
• Optimize website content & landing pages
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
• Oversee and ensure success of Active Campaign lists, segments, and eblast campaigns
• Own the strategy, execution, and performance of Meta advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue
• Own the strategy, execution, and performance of Google Ad campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube to capture, demand, and drive measurable business outcomes
• Keep the website accurate, up-to-date, and free of errors by proactively monitoring performance, identifying issues, and implementing fixes
• Execute content and functionality updates as requested, ensuring all changes are completed on time and aligned with brand and business standards

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital or web marketing
• Meta and Google Ad experience
• Shopify and/or Craft CMS experience
• SEO practices and reporting
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or related field
• Expectation is for this position to be in-person on-site at least once a month.
