Manager of Finance & Administration

Who We Are:

Position Summary:

· Hands-on finance manager to run daily QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, monthly reporting, grant administration, and support tax/audit processes.

· This position is in-office; not remote.

Key Responsibilities:

· Daily bookkeeping, GL maintenance, and reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.

· Produce monthly financials.

· Track insurance, payables, receivables, memberships and subscriptions.

· Administer grants documentation and compliance.

· Support tax preparer and auditor.

· Prepare board materials and minutes.

Requirements:

· 4+ years of QuickBooks Online (advanced user).

· Strong Excel and MS Word experience.

· Highly organized, and solutions focused.

· Notary preferred.

· Nonprofit and grants experience will be helpful.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
