We’re now seeking a hands-on marketing leader who can both strategize and execute — building campaigns, managing content, running digital ads, and driving measurable growth across multiple locations and service lines. This is not a remote position.
Position Summary
The Head of Marketing and Communications will lead and execute all marketing initiatives — from developing the annual marketing plan to producing day-to-day campaigns that generate patient leads and elevate the brand.
This role requires someone who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution — writing content, managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and creating materials that bring the organization’s story to life. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to make marketing happen.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Tactical Marketing Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each brand
- Create and manage patient acquisition campaigns across digital, print, and referral channels.
- Write copy and develop creative concepts for ads, social media, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and other paid media platforms directly.
Digital Marketing & Content Development
- Oversee and personally manage SEO, SEM, and website content updates
- Write and publish blog posts, newsletters, and patient education articles to boost search visibility.
- Create social media content calendars and design posts, graphics, and reels
- Monitor engagement daily across social platforms; respond to comments, questions, and reviews.
- Analyze digital metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Branding & Communications
- Maintain consistent brand voice and design across all materials and digital platforms.
- Draft and distribute press releases, provider announcements, and community updates.
- Develop promotional campaigns for new providers, office openings, and service launches.
- Create printed and digital collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, and branded items.
Email & Patient Engagement
- Build and deploy patient email campaigns and quarterly newsletters using marketing automation tools.
- Develop lead-nurturing sequences to re-engage non-converted patients and boost retention.
- Partner with internal operations to improve patient communication and appointment scheduling tools.
Vendor & Project Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with marketing vendors, web developers, and digital ad partners.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
- Lead marketing aspects of new practice acquisitions and integrations — from branding to launch.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Produce regular marketing performance reports and share insights with leadership.
- Continuously refine campaigns and strategies based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on hands-on campaign execution.
- Proven ability to write, design, and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, and email platforms.
- Strong creative and analytical skills; ability to turn ideas into measurable results.
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical practice, or professional services marketing preferred.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare advertising compliance standards.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
