Job Overview

Operations Duties

Set and maintain the highest standards for customer service and internal operations

• Negotiate contracts and partnerships that enhance business development opportunities.
• Interact with clients and staff in a friendly and professional way
• Develop and execute strategic plans, organizational goals, and operational effectiveness.
• Implement process improvement strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and goals are met.
• Provide insightful reports on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
• Experienced in computer operations, including web design software (WIX), QuickBooks, Word, and Excel

• Proven background in strategic planning and senior leadership roles.
• Strong organizational skills in the office and out of the office.
• Expertise in negotiation and business development strategies.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful implementation.

Job Overview

Marketing Duties

• Manage content marketing efforts by creating compelling copy, blog posts, and visual assets.
• Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic using tools like Google Analytics and WordPress.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with WIX, WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing platforms.

You will negotiate contracts and partnerships to enhance business development opportunities, and interact with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner. You will develop and execute strategic plans, organizational goals, and ensure operational effectiveness. You will establish and maintain the highest standards of customer service and operational professionalism. Most importantly, manage daily operations to ensure optimal resource allocation and meet goals.

Benefits

Annual salary 70K – 80K (This position is a 1099 self-employment status)

Profit-sharing program after 1 year of full-time employment
