Position: Manager of Merchandise Planning Analytics

As a key member of the planning function, you will be responsible for delivering accurate sales and supply forecasts, driving data-based insights, and ensuring optimal inventory levels across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales, supply, and write-off forecasts using historical data, current market trends, and seasonal patterns.
- Analyze sales dynamics and supply chain performance, identifying deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate and interpret key factors impacting sales volumes, including pricing, assortment, promotions, logistics, and external influences.
- Prepare and deliver regular analytical reports and dashboards for senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations aimed at optimizing inventory levels and improving supply planning accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, operations, and strategic planning teams to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment of supply and sales plans.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data visualization.
- Experience building and analyzing dashboards using Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Understanding of OLAP cube principles, with the ability to extract, aggregate, and interpret multidimensional data.
- Willingness to participate in the implementation and testing of a new planning system.
- English level B2 or above, with readiness for verbal communication.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Readiness to complete a technical assessment as part of the hiring process.
