Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of People & Culture to lead our organization’s human resources and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human capital management, employment law, and talent management strategies. This role is pivotal in fostering an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture that aligns with organizational goals. The Manager of People & Culture will oversee all aspects of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR program implementation to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with relevant regulations.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational growth, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and overseeing interviewing processes to attract top talent.
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to foster professional growth.
- Oversee performance management systems, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and succession planning to enhance workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and workers' compensation policies across all HR functions.
- Administer benefits programs such as payroll processing through platforms like Paychex, Dayforce, or ADP while managing benefits administration and employee inquiries.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations by providing guidance on dispute management and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead change management initiatives and process improvement projects to optimize HR workflows using tools like Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop organization design strategies that support strategic planning and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Supervising experience leading HR teams or cross-functional groups within a complex organization.
- Deep knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, or UltiPro; familiarity with payroll systems like Paychex or ADP is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, process improvement, data analysis skills for HR metrics collection and reporting.
- Experience in training & development programs along with employee evaluation processes to foster continuous improvement.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
