We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager – People Growth & Partnerships to lead talent development initiatives, strengthen external collaborations, and drive organizational growth. This role will oversee partnership building, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with our mission and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Leadership: Develop, maintain, and expand strategic partnerships with organizations, institutions, and stakeholders; represent the company in high-level meetings, events, and conferences.
- Talent & Growth Management: Oversee recruitment, apprenticeship, and professional development programs to build strong talent pipelines and enhance employee capabilities.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead proposal development, client meetings, and negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- People Development: Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and growth strategies; identify skill gaps and develop targeted initiatives.
- Strategic Oversight: Monitor HR and partnership KPIs, ensure compliance, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in partnership management, talent acquisition, and employee development.
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Zoho Cliq, Jira, Asana, Notion, ClickUp).
