Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of tutoring programs, incorporating innovative curriculum development and learning technology tools.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of tutors and educators, ensuring high-quality instruction across various subjects and age groups.
• Monitor program effectiveness through assessments, feedback collection, and data analysis; implement improvements based on findings.
• Manage relationships with parents, schools, community partners, and stakeholders to promote program growth and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards, safety protocols, and childcare regulations while maintaining a positive learning environment.

Skills

• Strong background in curriculum development with experience integrating learning technology solutions.
• Proven expertise in tutoring, teaching, classroom management, and working with children or students of diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of education principles, special education strategies, and childcare best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, students, parents, and community partners.
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to different age groups and learning styles.
• Experience in managing educational programs within classroom or online settings.
