Manager of Quality and Compliance

Position Qualifications:

Must be actively licensed as a behavioral health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) and have held such licensure in good standing for a minimum of four (4) years. This ensures the candidate meets supervision and compliance standards required for oversight under applicable state and accrediting body regulations.

• • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or clinical operations in a behavioral health or healthcare setting. 5+ years preferred
    
  • Experience with CARF accreditation (preparation, implementation, or maintenance) required.
    
  Demonstrated ability to build compliance programs from the ground up, including policies, audits, and training infrastructure.
  
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Medicaid, and multi-state behavioral health regulations.
    
  Skilled in regulatory research, interpretation, and application across multiple states.
  
  Proficient in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies .
