Manager of Talent Management

The Manager, Talent Management plays a critical execution role within the division’s Talent, Learning & Inclusion ecosystem. This position is responsible for the delivery, coordination, and administration of talent management, learning, engagement, and leadership development programs using established enterprise and regional frameworks.

This role applies established enterprise and regional frameworks to ensure accurate, timely delivery of programs, tools, data, and communications. Through close partnership with the Director, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, regional leaders, and the business, this role enables the successful execution of strategic priorities across the division.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Delivery & Content Support

  • Implement and adapt regional learning and development content for Finance, Sales, and Marketing audiences in alignment with established frameworks.
  • Develop supplemental materials as needed to support divisional delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and deployment to ensure timely program execution.
  • Maintain and manage participant databases for both divisional and regional learning programs, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Emerging Talent Programs

  • Coordinate engagement initiatives and communications to support emerging talent programs.
  • Support facilitation of activities and learning experiences as directed.
  • Support program logistics and follow‑up actions to ensure a consistent and high‑quality participant experience

Leadership Development Nomination Process

  • Manage leadership development nomination submissions and participant tracking.
  • Communicate deadlines, requirements, and next steps to stakeholders and nominees.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the nomination and selection process.

Engagement & Culture Support

  • Support engagement and culture council initiatives through coordination, documentation, and follow‑through.
  • Maintain engagement and Pulse survey data, prepare summary reports, and support analysis.
  • Assist with action‑planning logistics and coordination.
  • Administer Pulse surveys, including scheduling, communications, and data tracking.

Performance Management Support

  • Prepare and distribute performance management data and materials for leaders.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of leader training sessions related to performance management processes.
  • Manage communications tied to key performance management milestones, timelines, and requirements.

Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, & Employee Development

  • Execute the operational steps of divisional talent review cycles, including preparation of materials, scheduling, and data consolidation.
  • Maintain trackers for critical roles and succession pipelines.
  • Update succession planning documents and systems to ensure accuracy and alignment with enterprise standards.

Organization Effectiveness Support

  • Manage the administration and logistics of team effectiveness tools (e.g., DiSC, Hogan, 360 assessments).
  • Prepare recommendations and outputs based on established guidelines and frameworks.
  • Coordinate facilitation logistics, materials, and follow‑up actions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent management, learning & development, HR program coordination, or a related HR role.
  • Demonstrated experience executing talent processes such as learning delivery, talent reviews, succession planning, engagement initiatives, or performance management.
  • Strong project coordination and operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail with proven experience managing data, trackers, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience administering assessments and development tools (e.g., DiSC, Hogan, 360 feedback) preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage communications, schedules, and participant experiences across diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with HR systems, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to apply established frameworks and processes consistently while escalating risks or issues as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting talent management or learning programs in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Exposure to enterprise or regional talent frameworks and standardized HR processes.
  • Experience working with engagement surveys, talent review cycles, or succession planning tools.
  • Background in manufacturing, operations, or corporate functions such as Finance, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Familiarity with change management or employee engagement initiatives.

Work Environment & Travel

  • Based in Atlanta, GA
  • Travel up to 20–30%
