Grade - M4/M5

Graduate / Diploma in 10-12 yrs of overall experience with exposure in E&P/process industry.

Understanding of Oil and Gas Industry Logistics

Planning & Budgeting

Preparation of Logistics department annual work program and budgeting IN ORDER TO ensure adherence to non-routine budget activities.

Systems, Policies & Procedures

Develop and implement policies and procedures relating to logistics operations, communicate to all users, Identify hazards/risks involved and identify processes that can mitigate risks IN ORDER TO adhere to QHSE standards and to have well documented logistics systems

Marine Operations and Production Logistics

Providing overall logistics support to rig operations and offshore production facilities including port call , cargo operation at offshore platform , crude laycan activity, Crude transportation through trucking from site loading to unloading point , Manage and co-ordinate all vessels operation, Manage helicopter operations, Maintain accurate database for air logistics and providing inputs for cost allocation, Liaise with Govt. bodies, Co-ordinate for movement of material and personnel at rigs and offshore platforms, Prepare flight plans/schedules and passenger manifest, Co-ordinate and managing road logistics, Schedule voyages of offshore vessels to ports IN ORDER TO support production operations. Manage and liaise with Tanker contractors for compliance of road risk assessment for tanker movement.

HSE Management

Conduct vehicle safety inspections and maintenance schedules, Organise and participate in safety audits, Conduct safety sessions, Conduct operation as per QHSE guidelines, participate in audits and close out of non-compliances IN ORDER TO adhere to QHSE requirements and achieve zero LTI

Production Maintenance

Support production operation by conducting daily maintenance activity at the helihanger IN ORDER TO provide value added asset to the existing facility

Procurement

Approving vendors after evaluation, organising third party inspections, resolving non-conformances, guiding inspectors for receiving material inspections and providing feed back to the vendors and agencies in order to ensure the quality of the services and close out of NCR.

Asset Optimisation and Continuous improvements

Implementing Asset Optimisation framework as per the assigned responsibilities. Encouraging the improvement ideas from employees and contractors and implementing the same.

Statutory Requirements /

External Liasioning

Establish and maintain goodwill with government bodies/officials and local administration personnel IN ORDER TO have smooth helicopter/vessel/Road logistics operation supporting production and projects activity

Documentation, Database and Reporting

Maintain monthly safety statistics, Maintain data for road logistics, tanker movement etc, Analyse and provide reports in specific formats/reports IN ORDER to provide information to management

Self-Development

Identify and Enhance Knowledge, Skill and Competency IN ORDER TO ensure self is aware and abreast in understanding the developments happening within the discipline
