Manager on Duty

We are looking for a Manager on Duty (MOD) to oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The role involves shift management, patient coordination, staff supervision, and handling operational issues to maintain service quality and compliance with hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day hospital operations during duty hours
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and support departments
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and escalations
• Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and service standards
• Prepare and submit shift reports to management
• Support emergency situations and administrative decision-making

Eligibility Criteria

• Any UG or PG degree
• 1–2 years of experience in hospital operations / healthcare administration preferred
• Prior experience as MOD / hospital supervisor / administrator is an advantage
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights
