Manager on Duty (MOD)

§ Responsible for planning, organizing, directing the hospital to ensure that quality of patient care is provided.

§ To do the facility rounds daily and keep a check on the deficiencies in the departments.

§ To take immediate decisions with respect to all the extreme patient related issues, which can affect the reputation of the hospital

§ To ensure the availability and deliverability of quality facilities and amenities for all patients.

§ Responsible to take care of the hospital services during night shift or any holidays when the department in charges are not available for routine operations.

§ Responsible in taking all decisions during the night shift i.e; dispatch of ambulance, handling queries/ complaints of patients, discharge evaluation and decision of final discharge, equipment downtime during night.

§ Preparing MIS report on daily, weekly and monthly basis

§ Handling the billing issues and insurance queries

§Liaise with relevant clinicians, nursing staff, allied health professionals etc. in the patient services area in relation to the quality and standard of service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
