Manager-Online and Offline Sales

Role Overview: The Manager – Online and Offline Sales will lead commercial execution and revenue operations across multiple channels including the brand’s own website, major online marketplaces, and wholesale distribution. This role requires strong ownership of sales growth, operational execution, and unit economics.

Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth across D2C website, marketplaces (Amazon, Noon), and wholesale distribution channels. Work with digital marketing partners to grow website sales through ROAS-driven campaigns. Manage marketplace listings, promotions, catalog optimization, and relationships with category managers. Ensure timely listing and launch of SKUs across all online platforms. Build and expand wholesale distribution relationships with regional retailers and boutiques. Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure product availability. Oversee order fulfillment and ensure SLA-bound deliveries across all channels. Monitor and improve customer service response times and customer satisfaction. Track sales performance and contribute to managing business unit economics.

Ideal Candidate Profile: 5–10 years of experience in e-commerce, consumer brands, fashion, or retail. Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Noon, or other major online marketplaces. Experience growing D2C sales through performance marketing. Understanding of inventory planning, merchandising, and promotions.
