Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our indoor amusement and play area. The role involves overseeing staff performance, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction, managing inventory and maintenance, and driving business growth through exceptional service and efficient operations.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or branch/operations manager role

Industry Background: Experience in amusement, entertainment, hospitality, leisure, or retail preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the indoor amusement and play area, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for all guests.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards and smooth operations.

Monitor safety protocols, equipment functionality, and cleanliness to ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing promotional activities, improving customer engagement, and maximising visitor experience.

Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Oversee inventory, supplies, and maintenance needs to ensure operational readiness at all times.

Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities to enhance the play area experience and introduce innovative programs or services.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals.

Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations at all times.
