At each call, be in close contact with the customer, in order to understand their requirements: Technical, logistics, tools, and resources. Keeping the customer informed of the process and matters.
Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the Quality department
Organise operations: For each Quality control, deploy resources, documents, methods, reporting, etc.
Manage a team at Site, depending on the size of the operations, this could include various associates in 1, 2 or 3 shift leaders and between 10 and 30 inspectors: instructions, controls of procedures, Quality audit, control of lead-time, etc.
In charge of the ‘good’ management of the location: direct reporting to the Operations Head, profitability draft, statistics concerning the correct use of resources, identification of requirements to support the process, etc
Manage multiple site locations and administrate operations activities at multiple projects.
Manage people, recruitment, training and skill matrix for associates and inspectors.
Ø Site reporting for various activity project to customer and redi top management.
Ø Adhere to legal compliance, customer rules, regulations, and safety aspects at customer site.
Ø Resource Management in terms of people, consumables and transports at optimum level.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
