Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day school and college operations
- Ensure smooth coordination between academics, administration, HR, and finance
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to institutional policies
- Oversee timetable implementation, student records, and compliance requirements
- Handle parent communication and resolve operational concerns professionally
- Support examination processes and regulatory documentation
- Implement systems to improve efficiency and accountability
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Strong educational background (Education/Management related fields preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Proven experience in educational institution management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple departments simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience working with board examinations and compliance processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct
- Ability to develop and implement operational SOPs
Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
