Manager Operations - Agri Baling Corporation

Airdrop is a agricultural biomass trading corporation dealing in various agricultural byproduct like wheat straw, rice straw, alfalfah grass, etc.

We are looking for a Manager Operations for our new Baling Division to support the company's procurment and collections process. The role involves travelling to interior sindh during collection periods and supervising the end to end operations for the period including book keeping and conflict resolution

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have all of the following:

• Experience in Baling & Agricultural Commodity industry
• Experience with managing workforce
• Liasing with external vendors
• Flexible with commute to base in Interior Sindh Gharo
• Strong Communication skills
• Security Background preferred
