Role: Manager - Operations (Facility Management)

Location:Bangalore

Exp:8-12 years of exp.

Role Overview: The Manager – Operations leads all aspects of facility management service delivery across assigned sites or regions. This role is responsible for strategic planning, team management, client relations, compliance, operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage facility operations for multiple sites, including housekeeping, maintenance, technical services, security, landscaping, pantry, and other client services.

· Lead, develop, and supervise a multi-level team of assistant managers, supervisors, executives, and field staff.

· Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations, contractual SLAs, safety regulations, and company standards.

· Plan, allocate, and monitor resources for optimal staff deployment, material supplies, equipment maintenance, and cost controls.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships; address escalated concerns and deliver solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

· Drive statutory and regulatory compliance—including labor law, safety protocols, and audit requirements—across all sites.

· Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and incident investigations; provide actionable feedback and drive corrective actions.

· Prepare, analyze, and present operational reports, budgets, cost analyses, and site-wise performance metrics to senior management.

· Support new site mobilization, transition activities, and special projects.

· Identify and implement process improvement, digital adoption, and operational excellence initiatives.

· Liaise with vendors, service providers, and central teams for procurement, AMC, maintenance, and technical support.

· Mentor and train team members to promote a culture of high performance, safety, and service excellence.

· Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

· In-depth knowledge of facility management operations and statutory/legal requirements.

· Outstanding communication and client management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and facility/operations management software.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred: Facility Management/Operations/MBA).

· 8–12 years’ relevant experience in facility or operations management, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in facility management services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
