Manager/ Operations manager

Ranch Camp is a full service restaurant and Bike shop that has been in business since 2018. We are currently open at our second location in Woodstock, VT!

We pride ourselves on hand crafted fresh casual food with a carefully curated draft beer list and bar. We provide ample Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian options as well as our standard favorites. We are open 7 days and provide Lunch, Dinner and Takeout.

What truly sets us apart is that we are a Restaurant and Bike Shop all under one roof. We provide bike shop discounts and privileges to our restaurant staff. We also provide Restaurant discounts and privileges to our Bike Shop staff. Its truly a unique working environment that provides and promotes a healthy and active lifestyle for our entire team.

We are currently looking to hire our management team which will consist of a GM, Bar Manager and Floor Lead. This team will work together to create and maintain the current culture of Ranch Camp. We operate with a management team so that all of our managers have opportunites to Bartend and take floor shifts (if desired) as well as typical management duties (Ordering, scheduling, onboarding, events). Our management works regularly with ownership to provide the best experience possible to our guests and employees. Our Team also helps and supports all other team members when to comes to time off and time away which allows us to pursue and enjoy our non-work hobbies and interests all while being fully supported and without skipping a beat!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
