Manager – Outbound Tours & Visa Services

COMPANY SNAPSHOT:

Based in Karachi, our travel agency is renowned for luxury and premium inbound tours to Pakistan. We are now expanding our horizons by launching a new Outbound Travel division focused on delivering premium, fun-filled international travel experiences. We operate in a fast-paced, progressive culture characterized by a strong integration of technology, AI, Microsoft tools, and efficient email communications.

ROLE SUMMARY:

This is a full-time leadership role responsible for managing the sales and operations of the newly established Outbound Tours and Visa Services division. Your primary responsibility is to consistently deliver monthly profit targets while actively building products, handling leads, closing sales, and maintaining strict operational discipline.

SCOPE OF DIVISION:

Our travel packages are tailored for Pakistani families, couples, and solo travelers. The division's portfolio includes:

Outbound Tours Destinations: Malaysia, China, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, and Greece.

Visa Services Coverage: All the aforementioned destinations, plus Europe, Australia, UK, Indonesia, and Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Development: Research and develop outbound tour packages with overseas vendors, DMCs, and local travel agents. Build competitive retail pricing by adding strategic margins in close coordination with your line manager.

Vendor Management: Source and approach high-quality vendors in Pakistan and overseas markets. Negotiate B2B rates, secure additional discounts, and acquire value-added benefits for our guests.

Visa Services: Develop comprehensive visa handling products and pricing structures across multiple categories. Actively support marketing efforts and drive lead conversion for all visa services.

Sales & Conversion: Brief the internal marketing team on requirements for proposals, itinerary kits, ad briefs, and collateral. Handle a minimum of 50 new sales leads daily via dialers and WhatsApp, while meticulously following up on old leads. Deliver standard proposals and craft customized itineraries for high-potential clients to close sales efficiently.

Reporting & Lead Management: Maintain and update the lead database daily, adding new records and updating individual lead statuses. Conduct daily catch-ups with your line manager, participate in weekly all-teams sales reporting meetings, and update your 12-month sales forecast monthly. You will be accountable to higher management for explaining actual versus forecasted performance.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Prior professional experience in both outbound international tours and visa services is mandatory.
  • Strong command of outbound product knowledge paired with proven sales conversion abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor coordination, and proposal-building skills.
  • Professional-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
  • Highly organized, accountable, and fast-paced; comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working seamlessly with technology and AI-driven workflows.
