Manager, People Operations & Development
Gotransverse is seeking a Manager, People Operations & Development to support our fast-growing SaaS business. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping global people strategy, improving organizational effectiveness, and driving productivity through talent development, performance management, and cost-conscious workforce planning. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role partners closely with executive leadership to scale teams, guide change, and ensure strong HR foundations across a distributed organization.
