We’re hiring a Manager – Pharmaceutical Distribution for a well-established business group operating in Africa.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience across pharma sales, imports, distribution, or business development, who understands how to turn market demand into strong commercial results.

• In this role, you’ll be leading end-to-end distribution operations, from identifying high-demand products and managing imports to ensuring quick market placement and driving primary sales.
• You’ll work closely with wholesalers, distributors, field teams, and institutional buyers including NGOs and government entities, while actively pursuing tender opportunities and expanding market reach.
• A key part of your responsibility will be to ensure that inventory moves efficiently, sales targets are met, and pricing and product strategies align with market dynamics.
• You’ll also be monitoring stock movement, competitor activity, and demand trends, while coordinating internally to manage imports, documentation, and reporting.
• The role demands someone who is commercially sharp, hands-on, and capable of building strong relationships across the distribution network.
