The Role
The Manager, Pharmacy Programs and Procurement is responsible for leading medication procurement operations and supporting key pharmacy programs that ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize medication procurement operations across the organization
Optimize operational components of specialty pharmacy programs
Coordinate operations and continually improve relationships with external stakeholders
Ensure pharmacy program integrity and compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies
Qualifications
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of pharmacy technician experience, including procurement, inventory management, or specialty pharmacy operations
Key Accountabilities
Medication procurement & supply optimization
Specialty pharmacy accreditation and compliance
External stakeholder relationship continuous improvement
