Manager, Plant Operations - Ohio & Michigan

The Manager, Plant Operations directs the development, management and execution of physical plant maintenance and improvement strategies within assigned territory. This role sets standards of excellence to ensure success by aligning practices and processes to ensure physical plant standards are met or exceeded by each community.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Operations Manager or associated field; Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Years of Experience: Three to five years experience in construction planning, project management, facility management or equivalent. Experience in interactions with state healthcare regulatory agencies required.

Travel: Up to 90%

Physical Demands: Work is primarily light in nature, with exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or ten pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for periods of time
