Position Title: Manager – Policy, Advocacy & Government Relations
Location: Johar Town, J Block, Lahore
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 per month

About the Role
Pakistan Solar Association (PSA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its policy, regulatory, and government affairs initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive PSA’s engagement with key stakeholders including NEPRA, AEDB, FBR, DISCOs, and relevant government ministries, advocating for sustainable solar energy policies in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PSA’s policy engagement and representation with government and regulatory bodies.
• Draft policy papers, position statements, and regulatory submissions.
• Represent PSA in official meetings, government forums, and industry discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in government, regulatory authorities, and the energy sector.
• Monitor and analyze energy sector regulations, policies, and reforms relevant to solar energy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and industry members to align advocacy goals.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and communication material to support policy initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public policy, Law, Political Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, or legal advisory, preferably in the energy or renewable sector.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s energy, regulatory, and policy environment.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to represent organizations at senior government and industry levels.
