Job Summary

Skillston Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to serve as Manager Corporate Affairs. This pivotal role is responsible for public relations, high-level corporate networking, and managing institutional collaborations both nationally and internationally. You will focus on strengthening Skillston’s corporate presence and facilitating student placements through strategic "Employment Bridge" partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic PR & Branding: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for corporate affairs, public relations, and brand equity.
  • Partnership Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with industry leaders, government bodies, and professional associations.
  • Placement Initiatives: Drive student placement success by establishing strong industry linkages and securing strategic MoUs.
  • International Collaborations: Identify and manage agreements with local and international academic and corporate institutions.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for corporate partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for students and the institute.
  • Event Representation: Organize and represent Skillston at high-profile corporate, educational, and networking events.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Draft and review proposals, MoUs, and formal agreements; provide detailed progress reports to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or Communications.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven success in corporate affairs, PR, or relationship management.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle international collaborations and a strong background in student placements and industry MoUs.
  • Communication: Exceptional networking, presentation, and fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
  • Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the education, culinary, and hospitality sectors is highly preferred.
  • Tech Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and proposal drafting.
