- Ensure all deals in channels are adequately optimized for rates and inventory
- Ensure that benchmarks of clients improve over time
- Work on Annual deals for clients
- Manage optimal rate-volume mix to maximize inventory consumption at right price.
- Pricing of non FCT deliverables to realize non-traditional revenues.
- Creating and enforcing channel Rate card and guardrails.
- ARO Management.
- Deal evaluation and approval.
Revenue Growth and Management
- Ensure rates mirror the maximum possible yields we can get from the markets
- Work on client mix modelling to maximize yields
Presentations on Pricing
- Work on Management presentation with respect to Pricing
Client/Opportunity analysis
- Analysis and reporting financials of 1-2 clients.
