MANAGER - PROCESS & PROPOSALS

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for water treatment systems (STP, ETP, RO, WWTP).
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design customized solutions for clients.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and client requirements to ensure accurate proposals.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and present the best possible solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and technical information.
• Manage the proposal process, ensuring timely submission and compliance with client requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in proposal engineering in the water treatment industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of STP, ETP, RO, and WWTP systems.
• Experience in preparing and submitting proposals for large-scale water treatment projects.
• Good understanding of project cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and sales.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.E / B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

Salary (CTC): Based on experience and negotiable
