The Manager, Procurement Excellence will play a critical role in driving data-based decision-making, advancing procurement excellence, and supporting global category strategies for the Procurement Center of Excellence at ACR. This role blends deep analytical expertise with strong project management skills to support North America and global sourcing initiatives, supplier diversification, and savings program management. You will serve as the analytical backbone of the procurement organization—developing insights, reports, and executive presentations that influence strategic direction, while also managing key cross-functional initiatives and supplier engagements. This position does not manage direct-spend.

This position is hybrid for 3 days/week on-site in our Exton, PA office.

What will lead to success in this role:

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel, with the ability to develop dynamic dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Strong PowerPoint and business storytelling skills, capable of creating executive-ready presentations that communicate insights and strategic recommendations.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Procurement COE; Category Management roles — preferably within consumer products, food packaging, or disposables industries.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong attention to detail and business acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working cross-functionally and globally.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site/week in Exton, PA office.
