WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • JOB SUMMARY
Lead team to ensure proactive and sustained compliance in Product Lifecycle Management of all product portfolios, from new product introduction (NPI) through end of life (EOL), to ensure delivery of business objectives. Accountable for ensuring US Regulatory & Compliance requirements are met for all specifications across all Company platforms. Lead team functioning as point of contact for US regulatory product compliance for all US marketed products and specification management of Global MMC markets.


  • WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead team responsible for the creation, maintenance, accuracy, and communication of raw materials, components, formulas, and finished products specifications via final approval of all specifications for combustibles within the US market, as well as MMC in Global markets.

  • Lead team of subject matter experts, including global site members and US staff members, to ensure US and Global product initiatives meet both regulatory and compliance guidelines by partnering with local and global Regulatory teams and stakeholders.

  • Lead team of subject member experts supporting global and domestic Change Control/Audit/Inspection related activities for all Company portfolios.

  • Lead team working cross-functionally with local and global IT teams to support transition of prioritized system roadmap for Product Lifecycle Systems for FMC and MMC, ensuring product compliance is maintained across the Specification Management system during transitions and subsequent updates.

  • Accountable for ensuring project execution plans are consistent with business strategies by partnering with Marketing, Regulatory, and other stakeholders.

  • Coach, lead, and develop team to ensure efficiency and continuity for Product Lifecycle Management.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years relevant experience and 5+ years supervisory experience

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • FDA regulated industry

Knowledge of:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams

  • Specification management

Skilled in:

  • Developing and coaching staff

  • Oral, written and presentation communication skills

  • Creative problem/situation analysis

  • Prioritizing and managing deadlines

Ability to:

  • Effectively partner with cross-functional teams

  • Communicate to a broad and diverse audience

  • Establish and maintain effective global business partnerships

  • Ability to travel internationally (10%) & domestically (10%)


WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMAND

  • Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).

  • Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.

  • Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.
