Manager Product Management

We are looking for a Product Management - Manager to be part of the Value Acceleration Process , focusing on operational excellence, pricing strategy, and product management in the specialty portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive demand planning and pricing efficiency
• Lead and coordinate new product launches
• Resolve daily operational issues while ensuring process efficiency
• Prepare and analyze business performance reports and KPIs
• Collaborate with supply planning and sourcing teams for product prioritization
• Track ROCE and support financial decision-making
• Prepare impactful Board-level presentations
• Act as a bridge between principal and subsidiary
• Mentor and guide junior team members

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 9–15 years in C hemical or personal Care industry
• Education: BE Chemical/MBA/CA/
• Strong financial acumen with ability to handle ambiguity
• Proven capability in cross-functional collaboration and decision making
• Self-driven, influential, and ownership mindset
