Job Summary

As the Manager of Product Marketing at Integris, you will support the connection between our product and marketing teams. You will assist in developing product-specific messaging, conducting market and competitive research, supporting sales enablement, and coordinating product launch activities. This role requires strong writing and marketing skills, with an emphasis on executing clear, actionable plans that drive product engagement and adoption.

Job Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Support:

• Assist in implementing go-to-market strategies aligned with product goals and company objectives.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand features and benefits, translating them into marketing messages.
• Support market research efforts to identify target audiences and refine marketing strategies.

Marketing Research & Analysis:

• Conduct research on customer needs and trends to validate ICP.
• Gather competitive insights to inform product positioning and messaging.

Messaging:

• Contribute to developing product messaging frameworks by vertical.
• Draft product-related content (blog posts, case studies, website copy, presentations) and coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns.
• Ensure messaging clearly communicates value and differentiation.

Sales Enablement:

• Support creation of sales collateral, product demos, and competitive analysis.
• Assist in developing sales plays for cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

Customer Feedback & Advocacy:

• Collect and summarize customer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Help maintain customer reference programs by vertical for core products.

Technical Writing & Communication:

• Write and edit product-related content for clarity and accuracy.
• Assist in communicating product milestones and updates to stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field – OR – equivalent experience.

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing.
• 1-2 years in leadership or managerial role.
• Familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, or similar industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in content management systems like WordPress and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience using M365 for collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
