Department: Jerry Can & Bucket Production

Location: Korangi Industrial area

National Tent House is looking for a competent and proactive Production Manager for our J. Cane and Plastic Bucket Department. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on production experience, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Oversee daily production activities for J. Cane and Plastic Bucket units.

Ø Ensure production targets are met with quality standards.

Ø Monitor workflow, manpower, and machine performance.

Ø Implement safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Ø Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.

Ø Maintain production reports and stock records.

Ø Identify process improvements to increase productivity.

Experience Required:

Ø Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production

Ø Strong team management and problem-solving skills

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ø Knowledge of production planning and machine handling

Ø Qualification:

BSc Polymer Engineering
