Manager Production (Gravure Printing Company)

• Manage complete production operations of gravure printing for aluminium foil (pharma & nutraceutical).
• Supervise Epson artwork development, proof checking, and approval cycles.
• Oversee cylinder designing, engraving, fabrication, and timely issuance to production.
• Ensure accurate color matching, registration, and print quality according to GMP and pharma packaging standards.
• Implement production schedules, manpower planning, and machine utilization strategies.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with QA, ISO, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with the design, R&D, QA, and supply chain departments for smooth workflow.
• Identify process improvements and maintain efficient production output.
• Ensure proper documentation, production reporting, and adherence to SOPs.
• Train and lead production teams to achieve daily and monthly production targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
