Position: Manager Project Acquisition
As a Manager Project Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic opportunities in property development. This role demands market insight, negotiation skills, and a profound understanding of the real estate landscape. Your focus will be sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring properties for sale and joint ventures aligned with our company's vision and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify prospective projects to meet sales targets, perform feasibility and financial analyses, and negotiate agreement terms.
- Oversee contract reviews with in-house counsel and manage negotiations and contract execution.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by onboarding real estate developers for sales and joint ventures.
- Research and recommend feasible investment opportunities by engaging with the real estate community and analyzing market data.
- Lead the acquisitions process, conduct site visits, surveys, and market research.
- Conduct needs assessments and design tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project proposals and perform preliminary market and financial analyses.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and address issues proactively.
- Act as a liaison between developers and the sales team during project execution.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate with legal teams to draft and customize contracts.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate in architecture, business, finance, or economics.
- 8 years of experience, including 4-5 years in Commercial Real Estate.
- Familiarity with the KSA real estate industry.
- Knowledge of portfolio management, oversight techniques, and compliance procedures.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights for decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
