Manager-Projects(Civil)

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead planning and execution of industrial civil works including foundations, RCC,steel structures, flooring, and external works.
• Prepare detailed project execution plans, method statements, work schedules, and manpower deployment plans.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

Cost & Contract Management

• Prepare and control project budgets, BOQs, and cost forecasts.
• Monitor material consumption, subcontractor bills, and variation orders.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor contracts.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, auditors, and authorities.
• Coordinate with statutory bodies for approvals and inspections if required.
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, safety officers, and QA/QC personnel.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain all project records including drawings, method statements, approvals, and contracts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS for management.
• Ensure proper commissioning support, snag clearance, and final project handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech/Diploma – Civil).

Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in industrial construction projects such as factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, or EPC projects.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale industrial civil works independently.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC,structural steel, industrial flooring, and foundations.

Leadership Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules.

Preferred Exposure

• Industrial clients, multinational manufacturing units, or EPC contractors.
• Experience in fast-track industrial projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
