Manager Purchase

Heartfulness International School is inviting applications for an energetic and experienced Purchase Executive to handle kitchen-related purchases for our campus, which caters to daily food consumption of approximately 1500 students.

Key Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

· 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in procurement and other purchase related.

· Strong negotiation, vendor management, and inventory tracking skills.

· Knowledge of Zoho software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end procurement for kitchen supplies.

· Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of quality goods.

· Maintain records, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency.

· Work closely with kitchen and administration teams to forecast and fulfill needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
