About the Role

The Manager - Quality & Safety Management Systems (QSMS) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Head of QSMS to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Sanad Capital's Quality and Safety Management Systems. This full-time position is responsible for managing daily quality, safety, and risk operations including audits, investigations, corrective actions, safety reporting, and certification maintenance. Acting as the operational focal point for QSMS activities, the Manager leads and mentors specialists, coordinates with regulators and internal departments, and ensures Sanad Capital upholds its commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Your Responsibilities
  • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) in line with company standards, aviation regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits, safety inspections, and compliance checks; manage nonconformities, safety reports, and corrective/preventive actions to maintain operational integrity.
  • Support risk and compliance management by maintaining the corporate Risk Register, monitoring regulatory changes, and coordinating adherence to standards such as ISO and ASA100.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits; facilitate external audits by regulatory authorities and certification bodies, ensuring timely closure of findings.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives including LEAN or Six Sigma projects; provide safety and quality training to employees to foster a proactive culture.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for quality, safety, and risk performance; analyze data trends and prepare management reports recommending preventive and corrective actions.
  • Act as the primary communication point for QSMS activities, liaising with internal teams, external auditors, regulatory authorities, and Group entities to align safety and quality initiatives.
Who we are looking for

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aviation, Quality Management, or a related field, along with certification or training in Quality Auditing (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) or Safety Management Systems (SMS). Additional training in Risk Management, HSE, or Continuous Improvement methodologies such as LEAN or Six Sigma is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of progressive experience in quality, safety, or compliance management within aviation, MRO, or a similarly regulated technical industry, including 3-5 years in supervisory or leadership roles. Proven expertise in audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk management processes is essential.

Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks, ISO/ASA100 standards, and integration of quality and safety systems is required. The candidate must demonstrate leadership and mentorship capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and quality.
