Job Description:

We need one energetic professional manager to run QA department including Production Process Quality Assurance and strict inspection at quality gates for Kaizen in internal rejection percentage and Zero Outflow of bad quality parts, respectively. The role oversees the QMS, manages inspection teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification:

· BE in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing with CGPA of 3.0 and above from reputable institute.

· Effective leadership to train quality supervisors and inspectors is required.

· Excellent competency in determining RCA, CPA and PDCA using Excels and Graphs is required. Relevant experience in automobile parts manufacturing will be preferred.

· Facility in written English is required.

Experience: 7 to 10 years out of which three years as Manager QA. Past experience in manufacturing of injection/blow molded parts is preferred.

Timings: 7:30 AM to 5:05 PM or as per job requirement

Salary: PKR 150,000 to PKR 200,000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience.
