Job Description
Perform Financial Statement Reviews on clients in order to improve the disclosures and accounting aspects (if any) identified during the review. (Cold review)
- Performing hot reviews of financial statements and APTs of PIE audits.
- Performing cold reviews of APTs of PIE and LSCs audits.
- Using of BIIABox for APTs and monitoring the information for trends or anomalies that may indicate a quality risk arising from poor project management & Performing routine monitoring of Archival.
- Perform Conflict of Interest (COI) and Acceptance and Continuance Procedures for all Clients and maintain registers of databases as required by ISQM1
Drafting new policies, procedures and templates required under SOQM and updates to existing policies, procedures and templates
- Perform Ethics and Independence procedures and regularly follow-up on the actions. These include annual communications and other activities which require regular follow-up and compliance
- Working on Global COI Project
- Maintaining and updating Client Database (CDB) and Global Entity Management System (EMS) database
- Perform routine monitoring functions as per the Monitoring Plan to be developed as a part of 1 ISQM. This may include areas such as:
- Monitoring of time sheets filling
- Perform monitoring as per HR monitoring plan
- Perform Ethics monitoring
- Other areas as identified in the Monitoring Plan
- Any other tasks given by Head of the department from time to time.
