Job Title: Manager – Real Estate Operations and Marketing
Department: Sales and Marketing (Real estate)
Location: Doha, Qatar

Position Overview

This dual-role position combines with real estate operations, Marketing, customer coordination, and digital marketing support.

The position requires strong proactive sales engagement, customer relationship management, and effective marketing execution for the real estate division of the company.

The candidate should be well-versed in English and Hindi, and proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage. Business/Commerce Graduate with minimum 5 Years sales and marketing experience Required.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication & customer engagement skills.
• Excellent understanding of Qatar real estate market and rental procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• knowledge of digital marketing and online lead generation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc..).
• Ability to multitask across finance, administration, and sales functions.
