Manager Research & Development

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Manager Research & Development to lead R&D operations at our Herbal Extraction Plant. The position is responsible for driving innovation, improving herbal extraction processes, and ensuring development of high-quality products in compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• M.Phil. in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Pharmacognosy, Chemistry or Herbal Sciences.
• Experience:
• 8–10 years of relevant R&D experience in herbal extraction or pharmaceutical industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in herbal extraction processes, including knowledge of various extraction methods and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Research & Development operations at the Herbal Extraction Plant.
• Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with organizational objectives and industry trends.
• Drive innovation by improving herbal extraction processes, efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Lead R&D projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
• Evaluate, introduce, and implement new extraction technologies, methodologies, and equipment.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of researchers and scientists, promoting a culture of innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external research institutions, and industry experts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal policies.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance and documentation protocols for R&D activities.
• Prepare technical reports and present research findings to senior management.
• Lead Analytical method development and validation for herbs and herbal extracts.
• Oversight Stability Study programs
