Manager Research & Development - Milk Plant

A leading milk brand is seeking a Manager – Research & Development to drive innovation and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product and process development initiatives
• Conduct research for product innovation and continuous improvement
• Plan and execute product trials and pilot runs
• Collaborate with production and quality teams for implementation
• Ensure new developments align with business objectives

Requirements:

• Qualification: Food Science / Dairy Technology or relevant field
• Experience: 5–7 years in R&D within FMCG/Dairy industry
• Strong knowledge of product development and processing
• Innovative mindset with strong analytical skills

Salary:

• Salary Plus Benefits

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
