Manager Research & Partnerships

The incumbent would be responsible for research and partnerships Edbiz Consulting’s (including its affiliates – Cambridge IFA and Edbiz Corporation) events, publications and other related products and services offered while reporting to the Head of Projects and Implementation. Following is a breakdown of tasks and responsibilities in detail.

Ø Develop and maintain an extensive customer database.

Ø Provide consultation for clients on the services provided by the company.

Ø Being responsible for overall research.

Ø Assisting the Head of Projects and Implementation in implementing research methodology for overall kick-starting of the project and delivery.

Ø Manage the team who will assist and support in research.

Ø Monitor, review and report on all research and partnerships related matter.

Ø Ensure to meet the targets set by the management for research and partnership activities.

Ø Provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance and competition in the market for the projects and delivery.

Ø Assist in the development and implementation of research plans as needed.

Ø Assist in launching new products effectively.

Ø Carry out other tasks when assigned by Company.

REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Requirements

• Degree (Bachelor or Masters) in Business Administration (preferably in marketing) or related field of study preferred.

· Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field

· Motivated to sell, quick and eager to learn, and driven to achieve high-performance standards.

· Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

· Strong team player with a focus on delivering results with high standards.

· Capacity and aptitude to undertake research and collate information as required.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to engage with the respective clients.

• Independent, resourceful, proactive and a great team player.
• A highly organised and meticulous person with the capacity to identify issues and participate in their resolutions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• High level of negotiation and networking skills.
• Ability to think “big picture” to generate forward planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
