SaintG is a New York–based global luxury fashion brand known for its premium leather footwear, jackets, handbags, and apparel.

Our main warehouse is located in Gurgaon , managing all e-commerce operations, order dispatch, and inventory.

We are expanding our offline retail presence, with our first exclusive luxury store now open Delhi. Following this, we are set to launch new SaintG stores in Gurgaon and Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, as part of our nationwide retail expansion plan.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Distribution Manager to join our growing fashion retail business. The candidate will be responsible for managing product distribution across retail channels, ensuring timely stock movement, smooth operations, and efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution operations across retail and marketplace channels.
• Ensure on-time order dispatch, stock transfers, replenishment, and warehouse coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and stock flow across locations.
• Coordinate with internal teams including warehouse, logistics, sales, and retail partners.
• Track distribution performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and ensure process compliance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage operational workflows efficiently.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, EPR or reporting tools preferred.
