We are seeking a Manager, Revenue Enablement

The position reports to the Vice President Client Engagement

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement program that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to identify training needs and design training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.
  • Manage the creation and deployment of educational content, sales tools, and resources to support the sales team.
  • Oversee the implementation of sales technology solutions, including CRM and sales automation tools, ensuring optimal usage and integration.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales training results, adjusting programs as needed to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate direct coaching and ongoing support to sales teams across various regions.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and information sharing.
  • Develop metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and report on these metrics regularly to senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the sales enablement team to support business growth.

As Manager, Revenue Enablement you bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with implementing new technology preferred
  • Demonstrated success working with clients, including client/customer facing project management, presenting complex information, and overall strong customer/client interactions
  • A visible drive for efficiency, problem resolution and consistent progress on deliverables, with a passion for ensuring timeliness and quality
  • High level critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and complex problem resolution for both new and existing solutions and clients
  • The ability to effectively establish strong working relationships with stakeholders, users, and internal teams
  • Experience managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently, and strengths in prioritizing work, time management and the ability to respond to shifting priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
