Manager – Safety / Security / Admin

Job Description:

· Develop, implement, and enforce robust Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations

· Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and facility inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

· Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

· Organize and deliver safety training programs (fire drills, first-aid, emergency response) to ensure company-wide preparedness.

· Develop and manage a comprehensive security strategy to protect company assets, inte\llectual property, and personnel.

· Oversee physical security measures, including access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and security personnel.

· Manage and coordinate with external security agencies and liaise with local law enforcement authorities.

· Develop and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery procedures

· Lead and manage the administrative functions, including facilities management, transport, cafeteria, and office services.

· Ensure efficient management of office supplies, vendor contracts, and service agreements, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

· Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.

· Manage the department’s budget, forecasts, and expenses.

Requirement

· Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CPP) is a strong plus.

· Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in managing combined functions of Safety, Security, and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or large corporate setting.

· In-depth knowledge of HSE laws, security protocols, and administrative best practices.

· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with security/safety management software.

· Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
