L&T Construction and Mining Machinery is looking for a Sales Manager- Mining Equipment Business-Jaipur, Rajasthan

Role Description

Sales managers are a key point of contact for our customers and provide both pre and after-sales advice. As a sales manager you will be responsible for driving your team towards end-to-end sales cycle & business development through customer acquisition and building long term relationships with customers which ensures higher recall value. You shall be responsible to drive, inspire the team under you to achieve the business targets. You'll use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of LTCEL & Komatsu products.

What you’ll be doing

  • Regular travel and customer visits for business development and identification of new prospects (MDOs)
  • Coordinate with existing clients to manage ongoing requirements and maintain strong relationships.
  • Internal coordination with the PRO and PSD teams to address and resolve customer concerns
  • Timely management of payment collections and PBG submissions, including follow-ups on expired PBGs
  • sharing performance dashboards with customers
  • Training team members on the relevant processes and developing competencies for effectively conducting field studies

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 7-15 years of relevant experience in selling mining equipments

  • Ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Effective communication-Written & Verbal (English, Hindi, Regional Language)
