Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen brand awareness. This role involves managing sales teams, overseeing marketing campaigns, building strong customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs
Marketing Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels
- Oversee branding, advertising, promotions, and product launches
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms
Strategy & Analysis
- Analyze sales and marketing data to optimize strategies
- Prepare budgets and manage marketing and sales expenditures
- Track ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust plans accordingly
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with product, finance, and operations teams
- Align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
Experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role
- Strong background in sales planning, marketing strategy, and team leadership
